Andrea (she/her) holds a PhD and MPH in Social and Behavioural Health Sciences from the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto. Her research sits at the intersection of global health, policy, and social justice, with a focus on power, accountability, and the governance of health systems. She brings expertise in critical qualitative and network-based methodologies to examine how corporate and institutional actors shape health policy and practice across borders. Beyond academia, Andrea has collaborated with international organizations including the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and Harm Reduction International, contributing to research and policy initiatives in global health.
